Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
These terms apply when you visit clash-team.com or use the client information, download links, configuration guides, and troubleshooting resources provided here. Read them before downloading software or changing network settings, and review the applicable client license and service terms before proceeding.
1. Purpose and scope
This site brings together resources about clients in the Clash ecosystem and the mihomo core. Its content is for learning, technical research, and configuration reference only. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee specific results in any network environment. Settings paths and configuration examples may change as clients, cores, and operating systems are updated.
The site name and materials do not mean that this site represents all related open-source projects or is authorized by, affiliated with, or partnered with any of them. Refer to each project’s own documentation for its features, maintenance status, and license terms. Information on this site does not replace that documentation.
2. Lawful use and user responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the rules of your organization, school, network operator, and relevant services. Do not use materials from this site or related software for illegal activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft, distributing unlawful content, or infringing others’ rights.
You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use the relevant devices, networks, and accounts. Obtain any required authorization before deploying a LAN proxy, changing a gateway, or providing connections to other devices. Do not redirect or take control of other people’s traffic without permission. Technical instructions do not authorize any particular use.
3. Software sources and third-party services
The relevant software is provided by its open-source projects or respective developers. This site organizes information and provides download links but does not guarantee project maintenance, release schedules, compatibility, or continued availability. You are responsible for deciding whether to install, upgrade, or apply settings in your environment.
Subscriptions, proxy services, app stores, and other external websites are managed by their respective operators and governed by separate terms. This site does not guarantee that third-party links will remain available and cannot resolve account, billing, refund, or connection-quality issues on behalf of service providers. Before following an external link, check the destination and its terms.
4. Configuration risks and limits of liability
System proxy, TUN mode, DNS, and routing settings may affect device connectivity and app behavior. Back up your existing configuration and note how to restore it before making changes. For work devices or shared networks, test in an authorized environment first. Subscription URLs, configuration files, and logs may contain sensitive information; do not share them publicly.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or related losses resulting from software defects, inaccurate content, user error, third-party service outages, or changes in network conditions. Materials on this site do not guarantee availability or data security. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation, or restrict any rights you have under applicable law.
5. Intellectual property and open-source licenses
The names, logos, software code, and project documentation of Clash, mihomo, and related clients belong to their respective rights holders. Names and interface terms are used to identify projects and explain features; their use does not give this site ownership of any related trademarks or projects.
Use, modification, and redistribution of open-source projects must comply with their respective licenses, including requirements to retain copyright notices and license texts. Free downloads do not permit you to remove attribution or change license terms at will. When quoting original explanations from this site, credit the source. Reproduced project content remains subject to the original project’s license.
6. Changes to these terms and help
These terms may be revised to reflect changes to site content, projects, or applicable requirements. Revisions will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Check the version in effect when you use the site. Where applicable law requires separate notice or consent, those requirements will be followed; updating this page does not replace any required procedures.
If you have questions about a feature, setting, or operation covered by these terms, consult the Help Center and configuration guides. If you cannot confirm your authority to act, the applicable legal requirements, or the impact of a configuration change, pause and check with the person authorized to manage the device or network.
